At NovaDream, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible for refund:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Item not as described
• Item never arrived

Not eligible for refund:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect address provided by customer

To request a refund, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 24-48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
